Sneakers O'Toole is Family Guy's worst cutaway gag. "That's like getting Sneakers O'Toole to take off his sneakers." Sneakers O'Toole is a character made up entirely for this gag. There could've been a thousand other ways to make this exact same joke, but they felt the need to make a reference that nobody gets because it's not a reference to anything. It's fucking stupid.
