I'm a day late, but I've been thinking about how 25 years ago yesterday, Neil Cicierega uploaded Hyakugojyuuichi!! to Newgrounds.
This was his first real big viral hit. An animation, or "animutation" set to the Japanese ending theme of the original Pokémon series.
I can't believe this was 25 years ago, he would've been like 14. I remember when I was 14, I think I had definitely done some interesting creative stuff at 14 but nothing like this.
I dunno, I love Neil Cicierega he's one of my biggest creative inspirations ever.
