Digimon has some pretty cool designs. I just remembered that one that looks like a creepy ass version of Roger from American Dad, pretty cool actually. I also like Wormmon, I think it’s pretty cute. Lillymon is my favorite, I always wanted to be her as a kid. Looking back I think thats very telling. People act like Digimon has bad designs and there are some really bad ones but I think most are pretty good. Pokémon has some flops too. Looking at you, Bruxish and Rellor. Even from the very beginning I think some like Voltorb or Magnemite miss the mark just a little bit. I like Grimer and Geodude, who also tend to get a bit of shit for being too bland or something. Seel and Krabby I feel are pretty unoriginal, but it’s whatever. They’re decent enough designs even if they’re literally just the animals they’re based on. I think the newer Pokemon designs are on the better side, personally. Togekiss isn’t exactly new but it’s a personal favorite of mine. I shit on a lotta gen 9’s designs but Tinkaton and Sprigatito might genuinely be some of my all time faves as well. buttttt i dunno
